Harpist Andrew Chan has been applauded with standing ovation by grateful audiences and acclaimed critics. From the grandeur of concert stage as solo harpist, to perform with orchestras and ensembles, he continues to enchant his audience. Andrew has performed across Canada, in the US and Asia, he resides in Toronto.

As a dedicated harp teacher, students come from around Canada and beyond. It continues to be his passion to lead harpists of tomorrow forward in pursuit of their dreams to learning this timeless instrument. He gives harp lessons both in Toronto and in Markham, and directs the Harp Sinfonia, a multiple harp ensemble.

As the Founder and Artistic Director of the Harps on the Hill Festival, the first of its kind in Canada, he advocates the appreciation of the harp in its performance and education, where musicians, artists, harpists, and music lovers gather.
